Camino for Dummies

French comedy with heart and humor in the spirit of The Untouchables, inspired by a true story.

Fréd, a teacher with 15 years of experience, is suspended from work after an unfortunate incident with a schoolgirl. Her private life is also beginning to fall apart. At the urging of her friend, she joins a youth support program and becomes a mentor to 17-year-old Adam — a boy with an explosive character and a bad record.

Before them the challenge: three months of hiking to Santiago de Compostela without phone, without internet and with the mandatory limit of 25 kilometers per day. She tries to leave the past behind, he — to learn to control anger and come to terms with painful memories.

Every kilometer is a mixture of quarrels, laughter, surprising confessions and unexpected adventures. Amid breathtaking landscapes, an extraordinary relationship is born between them that will change more than they could have imagined.

Camino for Dummies is a warm, humorous story about second chances, finding yourself and the fact that sometimes the longest road leads straight to your destination.

A pilgrimage that definitely got out of hand!
