Already with her first releases, she has managed to hit some of the world's biggest playlists, and both P3 and Soundvenue have predicted her to become one of Denmark's big music names.
Carlina de Place's second single 'Reminded' led to a spot on Soundvenue's list of the best songs of 2024, while her fourth single 'What It Feels Like' became the Inevitable of the Week at P3. In November, she played for Headline Flip, Roskilde Festival's new concept in Lille VEGA, and in the same month received five stars and nice words by GAFFA for her own headliner debut:
“It is rare for a Danish artist to exude such a clear international potential as Carlina de Place does.” ★★★★★ - GAFFA
On stage Carlina de Place is joined by a talented band consisting of Viggo Bandholm on keys, Maiken Thunbo on cello, Falke Rasmussen on drums and Andreas Lund on guitar. With a captivating blend of singer/songwriter and R&B, she's a fresh, young voice from the North that captures hearts and minds alike.
