Cat Power Brings “The Greatest” to Store VEGA

Cat Power returns to Copenhagen with a rare and special show when, on October 11, 2026, she enters Store VEGA with a full-length set dedicated to her landmark album, The Greatest.

The iconic 2006 work marks a high point in Cat Power's career as a timeless fusion of soul, americana and her own distinctive melancholy. In celebration of the album's 20th anniversary, she is now performing The Greatest in its entirety.

The show in Copenhagen will be a celebration of an album that in its time redefined Cat Power's sound and cemented her position as one of the most influential voices in modern indie and alternative rock. Recorded in Memphis with some of the city's most legendary musicians, The Greatest brought a new, soulful warmth into her universe.

The concert in Store VEGA will be a unique opportunity to experience the whole album live. Audiences can expect a concert format where nostalgia and presence go hand in hand with the uncompromising authenticity that Chan Marshall (Cat Power) has always represented.
