CavaTalk — development, relations, awareness is a new event in the Cavatina Hall calendar in Bielsko-Biała, which combines two unique worlds: valuable conversations about people and music of the highest quality.

It's a meeting that shows that emotions can be talked about — but they can also be heard, seen and felt. Because emotions have many languages, and CavaTalk gives them space to resonate. For the first time, Cavatina Hall will bring together psychology, personal development, relationships and reflection on modern life with live music performed in a unique concert hall in Bielsko-Biała.

At the heart of CavaTalk is the human being — his emotions, needs, relationships, experiences and the way he builds his life. This is an event for all those who want to better understand themselves and others, seek inspiration to change and grow, and at the same time appreciate the contact with the culture and the unique atmosphere of the events organized at Cavatina Hall.

The event will feature acclaimed experts and practitioners who have been involved in psychology, therapy, communication and relationships for years. Their speeches will be a starting point for reflection on how to build your life more consciously - both in relation to yourself and with others. CavaTalk is not a classic psychology conference. It is a meeting of knowledge, experience, conversation and music.

dr Ewa Woydyło-Osiatyńska — “You don't have to carry luggage with you”

How does the past affect our lives? Do the experiences that have shaped us still have to decide who we are? Dr. Ewa Woydyło-Osiatyńska will invite the audience to reflect on what we take with us from the past and what we can consciously leave behind. Her speech will be a story about freeing yourself from unnecessary burdens, regaining influence over your own life and building the present in harmony with yourself.

Aga Rogala — “If everything is important, where is the place for me?”

Is it possible to be close to others, take care of the family and fulfill your responsibilities, while not forgetting your own needs? Aga Rogala will take up a topic that resonates particularly strongly in the modern world — how to find a place for yourself among all the roles, responsibilities and expectations. It will be about boundaries, needs, relationships and finding a balance between caring for others and caring for yourself.

Piotr Mosak — “Relationships — the most important project of life”

Relationships are one of the most important areas of our lives. It is on them that our sense of closeness, security and satisfaction often depends. Piotr Mosak will look at what makes relationships a space for understanding and mutual support. He will talk about communication, attentiveness to the other person and why good relationships do not arise by chance, but are the result of everyday choices and work.

Live Music — Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra

CavaTalk is not just about conversations and speeches. An important part of the event will be live music in Cavatina Hall. The musical setting of the event will be taken care of by the musicians of the Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra, who in a chamber ensemble will perform a concert full of music from the big screen. The professional private orchestra established in 2024 by the Fiducia Foundation brings together experienced artists and young talents, and one of its goals is to popularize music and create space for the development of subsequent generations of musicians. During CavaTalk, the audience will hear the Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra string quartet in the film repertoire. These will be melodies that we know, remember and with which specific emotions and memories are often associated.

Music will become a natural complement to conversations about man. You can talk about emotions. They can also be heard and felt.

CavaTalk is first and foremost an encounter with a person, with his history, experiences, emotions and questions that each of us knows from our own lives.
