With uncompromising guitar hooks and a rare ability to capture the era spirit of her generation, Chloe Slater has established herself in record time as one of the most distinctive new voices on the UK indie scene.

The Manchester-based songwriter fuses raw indie rock energy in a similar style with British bands such as Wolf Alice, Bloc Party and Arctic Monkeys.

Following the critically acclaimed EPs You Can't Put A Price On Fun (2024) and Love Me Please (2025), Slater is now taking the next step with the album Riot Youth, due out later this year. On Riot Youth's ten sharp-cut songs, Slater unfolds a generational portrait of young people navigating social division, toxic Internet culture, and weakened communities -- from razor-sharp community observations to moments of beautiful and emotionally impactful poetry.
