Peasants - KNT

Against the background of changing seasons and seasonal field work, the fate of the Boryn family and the beautiful, mysterious Jagna unfolds. It is women, in particular the tragic character Jagna, who will be at the heart of the plot. The unique microworld of the rural community will become an excuse to tell a universal and incredibly current story. A story about tragic love and life in a small community, where the rules and violent rules of the game mark each a specific place in the group, and going beyond the tight framework threatens humiliation and rejection. “Peasants” were realized in the technique of painting animation, which won the hearts of fans around the world with the previous production of the studio - the film “Your Vincent”.
