CHOKED & BLIND: Reframe

In the latest installment of “Choked & Blind” we look at the music video canon from a new perspective. We combine a selection of shocking and uncompromising videoclip classics with the latest realizations that just as boldly cross the boundaries of form and content. Once again, we reach for clips that are formally expressive, provocative and do not protect against topics that are silenced, subcutaneous and uncomfortable. As in previous editions, we invite only adult viewers to the video shock therapy — ready for numerous visual confrontations and crossing the comfort zone.

ATTENTION! Films, animations, video clips, computer games presented as part of the festival may contain content and images that cause discomfort (including violence, sexual violence, verbal violence, nudity). Sequences with flicker can affect people who are sensitive to light. Some movies and events include intense sound effects.

Screening with an introduction by Maciej Gryzełko — curator of the event, film editor and colourist, connoisseur of music videos and experimental films.
