Chopin closer to us — we invite you to the performance “Frycek and the Red Heart”

Chopin is closer to us — music, theatre and education in one unique meeting.

We are very pleased to announce that the Centre for Culture and Art in Połańec has established cooperation with The Fryderyk Chopin Institute in organizing the event, which will take place on October 16, 2026 at 11:00am at the CKIsz in Połańec. The event is implemented as part of the series “Chopin Effect — Chopin Educational Events”, conducted by the National Fryderyk Chopin Institute, which is the Co-Organizer of the Event.

On our stage we will see the performance “Frycek and the Red Heart” performed by the Mermaid Music Theater. It is a story in which the character of the young Fryderyk Chopin becomes the beginning of an extraordinary journey through music, emotions and imagination. We are happy that thanks to this cooperation we can invite young audiences to Chopin's world in a lively, modern and full of artistic discoveries. Because great music doesn't have to be a distant story — it can happen here and now.
