Choir of Monks by Candlelight

The Choir of Monks by Candlelight is an intimate evening that begins in twilight and silence... and then the first sounds of choral singing and medieval music, like the soundtrack of a film, gradually transport you to a world from which you do not want to return. 6 singers in monk robes, surrounded by candles on high candlesticks and ascents The aesthetic decorations, as well as the light, slowly changing from piece to piece, create the atmosphere of the old cathedral — the same one that seems impossible to recreate in a concert hall.

This is no ordinary concert, it is an experience where you really, even for a moment, disconnect from the outside world. The inspiration is ancient sacred music, but what you will hear is its contemporary, emotional performance. The concert program will guide you through various states - from deep concentration to the joy of recognizing familiar melodies.

From sacred Dies Iræ, Ave Maria and Amazing Grace — through meditative Pie Jesu and Adiemus — to lyrical pop-rock: Hallelujah, Sound of Silence, Nothing Else Matters, and mesmerizing soundtracks — Time from Inception, Now We Are Free from Gladiator, and I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing from Armageddon... as well as Polish songs that will sound in a new, unique way.

Of course, other compositions are also waiting for you - we leave them a secret so that you can experience real emotions and surprises live.
