Mallow is a rower. Malwa has important competitions and important players ahead of her. Malwa, however, also has other professions behind her. It was she who disappointed everyone who expected at least a decent result from her. So Malwa is thinking about how to prepare for this next most important race. But Malwa is not alone in this, she is finally accompanied by two oars that constantly prompt bad scenarios. Or is there someone else in this tent? Maybe you can hear a completely different voice there? “Choir on four paddles and guilt” is a story about the pressure that takes over the narrative over the life of the main character. The competition inscribed in the sports world is transferred here to every other sphere of life that Malwa has to face.
About the event
Mariusz Gołosz's “Choir on Four Paddles and a Sense of Guilt” directed by Aga Błaszczak is a youth performance that, in the convention of a four-piece choir, tells about hearing oneself and others, about anxiety, guilt, community and the search for respite. The new edition of the performance is a co-production of the Collective Analog Foundation and the Ochoty Theater in Warsaw. Co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund
