Choreography of presence. Transformation — workshops with Kinga Senczyk

We invite you to Żyjna for the third meeting of the cycle of movement workshops, in which our presence is a key element of the exhibition. The living room is not only walls and objects — it is a living organism that breathes along with the rhythm of nature. The autumnal, enveloping arrangement of the gallery space will invite us to games of movement, redefining the perception of art.

In autumn, Žyjnia becomes a kind of cover — a place filled with art that will embrace us and allow us to take refuge in colder weather. During the workshop with Kinga Senczyk we will examine how our body fills the soft architecture of the exhibition and what our individual dynamics contribute to it. Instead of just looking, we will engage all the senses. Using choreographic and performative tools, we will jointly seek new ways of experiencing objects and their mutual relations.

Let's see how our energy modifies gallery space and create our own instruction for being with art. It is not necessary to have experience in dance and choreography. This is a workshop for anyone who is curious about new ways to discover themselves and the world.

The workshops are part of the BWA Europe — Neighbourhood project, organized and co-financed by the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow.
