Cheri, I'm coming! - The Invention of Pleasure

Fanny and Tom have been happily married for over 20 years. Tom, an engineer with a passion for perfectionism, likes to work on inventions. But neither his glow-in-the-dark slippers nor the credit card wheel of fortune made it into a prototype. The family fund is empty, the house and beloved workshop are to be sold. It could go better overall when Fanny told him a secret one day: she has never had an orgasm in her life. Inspired by her extremely dedicated sex therapist, she now urgently wants to change that and start training accordingly. Tom is shocked, but what follows isn't a crisis, it's a pact. The engineer, of course, takes the matter personally — and literally. He wants to develop a device that celebrates female pleasure. But for that, he needs his wife to set the course. What begins as an absurd idea becomes an adventurous expedition by two accomplices on behalf of libido: Fanny and Tom research, laugh, fail, fight, flee from the police, steal their daughter's entire stockpile of drugs and completely rediscover each other and their love. Together, they develop an object that will make history.
