How do we see time? Feel it? Catch it? With chains and needles, volcanic stones and pendulums, magnets and sand, Loïc Faure brings objects together like dancers in a ballet in this intimate production that engages the senses.
Inspired by astrophysics and, in particular, theoretical physicist Carlo Rovelli’s proposition that ‘bodies move naturally where time passes more slowly’, Faure orchestrates the movement, sound and light of objects on stage into a playful, mesmerising choreography.
Founded by Alexis Rouvre, Modo Grosso is a Belgian company known for creating unique performances that explore the symbolic relationships between objects, elements and the moving body.
