The art therapy workshop will take place after the closure of the National Museum in Krakow. When the last visitors leave the halls, the museum will change its character. A space filled with movement and conversations on a daily basis, will become an intimate place of stopping, mindfulness and meeting with oneself.
With the lights dimmed, the museum halls will turn into a workshop space for development, reflection and creative activity. The inspiration for the work will be works of art, which will become the starting point for a conversation about emotions, relationships, needs and personal experiences. No artistic knowledge or artistic ability is required. The most important thing will be a willingness to be here and now and an openness to your own process.
“Quieter” is a proposal for people who want to slow down for a while, find inner balance and experience the museum in a completely new way. It is a meeting of art, psychology and mindfulness, which allows you to hear what on a daily basis is drowned out by the rush and excess of stimuli.
Sometimes the most important things can only be heard when it gets quieter.
