A Climate Café is a community-organised space for people to have open conversations about the poly-crisis, a space to share and connect.
What is a Climate Café?
A Climate Cafe is a community-organised space for people to have open conversations about the climate crisis (and how it makes us feel). Brought together by Pim Sullivan-Tailyour, a Force of Nature facilitator and Climate Cares @ Imperial College London.
We need spaces to navigate difficult climate emotions in solidarity with the global community already experiencing the impacts of the climate crisis. In this space we can explore, learn and connect.
What does eco-anxiety mean?
Eco-anxiety relates to the feeling of stress, anxiety and fear that is a response to the climate crisis. However it falls under the umbrella of eco-psychology, which encompasses far more than just eco-anxiety.
