WITH CHOR BERLIN IN CONCERT

The Com Choir sings works by BIPOC artists in their own three-part and four-part arrangements, completely without notes. Look forward to a support act that we won't reveal to you yet!

Com Chor Berlin stands for community choir. The choir was founded on April 2, 2013 by Dr. Dr. phil. Daniele G. Daude, as Germany's first choir for Black People, Indigenous People and People of Color (BiPoC). In the beginning, there were two wishes: to make sophisticated music without notes and to connect BIPoC communities with each other. Shelly Phillips has been leading the choir since 2023.

The Com Chor Berlin is a musical empowerment project. Each song is arranged specifically for the choir. This creates new keys, melodies and rhythms, and turns well-known songs into something completely unique. We sing in many languages, about love, friendship, despair, lightness and moving on despite everything.

Come by, bring your friends, families and favorite people, because everyone is welcome!

We sing songs by BiPoC artists in our own three- and four-part arrangements, all without sheet music. And look forward to a surprise act joining us as our special guest for the evening! Com Chor Berlin stands for Community Choir. Founded on April 2, 2013 by Dr. Dr. phil. Daniele G. Daude, it was Germany's First Choir for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BiPoC). It began with two aspirations: to make ambitious music without sheet music and to bring BiPoC communities together. Since 2023, the choir has been led by Shelly Phillips.

Com Chor Berlin is a musical empowerment project. Every song is specially arranged for the choir, with new keys, melodies and rhythms that transform familiar songs into something entirely our own. We sing in many languages about love, friendship, despair, joy and carrying on in spite of everything.

Come along and bring your friends, family and favorite people. Everyone is warmly welcome!
