Concordia Talks: Tomasz Stawiszyński “The Alchemical Factor”

Author's meeting with Tomasz Stawiszyński around the new book “Alchemical Factor”

“Alchemical Factor” is a book published in May 2026 by Tomasz Stawiszyński, which is his literary debut as a prose writer

Tomasz Stawiszyński takes the reader on a journey through the Greek island and his imagination. It presents a series of extraordinary characters, including a mysterious Italian woman, a beautiful and charismatic beach empress whose fate seems strangely intertwined with the fate of the world, and a waiter with a ruffled head, gracefully lavishing between tables and ready to tell everyone about his meeting with Brad Pitt.

He investigates a traveling fruit vendor who can be heard everywhere but never gets to see. It tells the story of a writer, author of bestsellers, who suffers a panic attack always in the same place on the island. He tries to guess the riddle of a small but extremely spacious parking lot in Kerkyra. He reveals the secret of bianco and bourdeto recipes. And it leaves with the question: what exactly is an alchemical agent?
