“It's hard not to get the impression that we are dealing with world-class music.” — Łukasz Dębowski, polskaplyta-polskamuzyka.pl
“The trio is today one of the most important representatives of Polish modern jazz” — Mateusz Ryman, JazzSoul.pl
Confusion Project is coming to BOTO to play its latest IDENTITY project. The Tri-City prog-jazz trio will present an album released by the prestigious New York publishing house Dot Time Records, which since its release in July 2026 has been collecting rave reviews from critics and listeners in Poland and abroad. Identity defines the musical identity of the band. She uncompromisingly avoids all trends and fashions to focus on the sincerity of the message and nuance. The trio draws on folk inspirations, creating a series of 5 original mazurkas, in which folk phrase and rhythm are mixed with modern harmonies, strong grooves, and the typical mode of illustrative narration of the Confusion Project. This concert will coincide with the release date of IDENTITY in the vinyl version.
