Condor's Daughter

Clara is a teenager growing up in a small community high in the Andes. Her foster mother, a midwife, taught her the traditional songs and rituals that accompany women during childbirth. Passed down from generation to generation, the melodies are meant to help bring a new life into the world safely. However, while Clara continues the tradition, her dreams carry her elsewhere - she longs to leave the mountains behind and become a popular music star in the big city. The Condor's Daughter is a story about time, looks, sound and silence. It's about finding your dream and your place in the world.
