“A Jam Good Time” is a unique concert experience where Cory Henry joins forces with a group of some of the most dynamic and respected musicians on the modern stage. It is a show full of energy, rhythm and spontaneity, created to captivate the audience from the first sounds.
Funk, jazz, soul and modern electronics meet here with live sampling, improvisation and top-class performance. In the center remains music played live — virtuosic, organic and unpredictable — but above all extremely danceable and full of positive energy.
The concert program takes you through the different stages of Cory Henry's musical journey: from tracks from his debut album First Steps, through new arrangements and remixes, to premiere material that freely crosses the boundaries of genres and draws on funk, electronics, jazz and soul.
“A Jam Good Time” is based on spontaneity, musical dialogue and unique chemistry between the artists. Thanks to this, each concert is different — fresh, unique and created largely here and now, together with the audience.
Cory Henry is an award-winning artist, composer, producer, and one of the most iconic contemporary keyboard virtuosos. He gained worldwide recognition as a member of the band Snarky Puppy, and today he develops his own instantly recognizable musical language, combining gospel, jazz, funk, soul and modern production.
