Circulations — bowling workshops

The Jacek Lech Municipal House of Culture invites all children from the age of 8 and young people to the bowling workshop “Circulations” on 4 November, from 17:00 to 19:00.

During the classes, participants will learn basic and advanced circus techniques. The program includes learning to juggle props such as balls, scarves or plates, as well as balance exercises and working with balance. An important part of the classes are competitive games and group games, which facilitate the establishment of relationships, teach teamwork and build self-confidence.

Circus workshops are not only excellent fun, but also a comprehensive training that supports motor and cognitive development. Bowling exercises bilaterally stimulate the brain, develop visual-motor coordination, reflexes and ambidexterity, as well as teach patience and long-term concentration of attention.

The workshop will be conducted by Miłosz Goślicki.

The workshops are held as part of events for children under the motto: “mindfulness, movement, play, cooperation”.
