Thursdays at Sleńdziński's: The Feminine Face of Vilnius. About Vilnius female artists of the 1920s and 1930s.

The Sleńdziński Gallery invites you to another presentation by Tomasz Kuby-Kozłowski from the House of Meetings with History in Warsaw. The author will continue the story of Vilnius artists from the 1920s and 1930s. The protagonists of the evening will be usually unknown and forgotten Vilnius graphic designers. The presentation of the silhouettes and works of, among others, Krystyna Wróblewska, Romana Gintysłło, Tamara Owczynnikówna, Władysława Rogińska, Aldona Romanowicz, Olga Żukowska will be illustrated with original iconography from the period and reproductions of their works. The program also mentions several adepts of the Vilnius School of Graphic Arts, who developed their work after the Second World War, in the PRL, such as Barbara Narębska-Dębska.
