Andrzej Wajda's films reflected Polish reality — the post-war, the Peerelow, the transformational. “Man of Marble”, Man of Iron”, “Man of Hope” — these are the famous Wajdu paintings of our history.
And what kind of man was Wajda himself? How was reality reflected not in his works, but in his life? On the occasion of the Year of Andrzej Wajda, this question will be answered by his student — well-known to the Kielce audience, director Łukasz Kos, by reading on the basis of Wajda's fascinating diaries collected in volumes entitled “Notesys 1942-2016”.
