Danish Music Awards Jazz 2026

Danish Music Awards Jazz 2026 takes over Bremen Theatre

On 7 December 2026, the Danish Music Awards Jazz will fill Bremen Teater with an unforgettable show interspersed with awards ceremonies and special musical performances - all with experienced host Rasmus Bjerg at the helm.

This year's great achievements in jazz country are celebrated with eight DMA statuettes and a special award, and the stage is occupied by lots of live music and guests from the Danish jazz scene. It will be an evening full of music and celebration and, as always, a buzzing venue for both the environment and jazz lovers.

Rasmus Bjerg has been known for two decades as an actor, singer and showman on stages and TV screens across the country. The role of John Mogensen has particularly brought Rasmus Bjerg into the world of music, but he has also toured with his own Christmas show, as well as he has hosted everything from the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix to the Zulu Comedy Gala. It is therefore a very experienced and top musical host who is at the forefront of this year's DMA Jazz.
