About the tour
Join us for a guided tour that focuses on some of the best works of art in our large collection of Danish art. The works have been carefully selected to follow you throughout the 19th century and showcase 100 years of Danish art.
Art mediator Signe Arnkvist tells both the main narrative and the more hidden tales of the 19th century. You will see major works and take paths to artists and stories that have not always been given much space. Along the way you will meet two fascinating family portraits, two very different travel photos from Italy and Egypt and a painting that will show the darker sides of life.
The tour takes place four times and the same artworks go again on each tour.
