Dawn of Demise

Dawn Of Demise was formed in Silkeborg in 2003 with an ambition to play heavy and grooving death metal. That starting point is unchanged today with heaviness, groove and distinctive riffs.

The band has released six albums and has always drawn more inspiration from the American than the Danish death metal scene. This led former Suffocation and Pyrexia vocalist Kevin Muller to describe them as “New York death metal from Denmark” in an interview, a characteristic that still strikes quite accurately.

With original member Jakob Nyholm back in the lineup, Dawn Of Demise is current with their seventh album, Feed My Absurdity. The album was recorded with producer Tue Madsen and will be released on October 9, 2026 via American Unique Leader Records.
