Dead Poet Society

The Dead Poet Society are announcing a UK and European tour that will take place in early 2027. As part of the tour, the band will also visit Poland - on February 19, 2027 they will perform at the Warsaw club Proxima. Their music combines alternative rock, raw guitar energy and distinctive, intense expression. Kerrang! described the band's sound as “fuzzed-up alt.rock” full of confidence, New Noise gave the album FISSION a maximum rating of 5/5, and Rolling Stone France called it “explosive”.
The announcement of the tour is accompanied by the premiere of the new single “Roach”. A disturbing, cinematic music video was also created for the song, co-directed by frontman Jack Underkofler and Mindreader.
“Resentment. That's what this song is about,” the band says. “About the people who hurt you, took advantage of you and caused you pain. You let that feeling build up until it finally starts to consume you.” Motifs of mounting anger, tension and destructive emotions also resonate in the visual layer of the clip. The music video for “Roach” gradually builds an atmosphere of anxiety, which with each scene more and more degenerates into a sense of danger.
“Roach” is produced by Paul Meany, known for his collaborations with Twenty One Pilots and Pierce the Veil. The songs were mixed by Adam Hawkins, who worked with Turnstile and Yungblud, among others.
