Deep Forest — Live Machine Solo

On February 19, 2027, Bielsko-Biała will perform Deep Forest — a legendary project founded by Eric Mouquet, recognized as one of the most important pioneers of the French Touch trend and the precursor of the ethno-electro genre and modern world music.

Deep Forest has forever made music history with an unprecedented combination of pulsating electronics with traditional, indigenous songs from the farthest corners of the globe. This visionary aesthetic has brought the project a spectacular international success: more than 10 million albums sold, more than 120 million plays on streaming services and the prestigious Grammy Award statuette.

At Cavatina Hall, the artist will present his unique Live Machine Solo format. On stage, Éric Mouquet will be at the heart of an impressive array of synthesizers, keyboards and drum machines. This is a fascinating solo live-act, in which analog textures, modern electronics and live-looping technique come together live into an organic, mesmerizing whole.

The excellent acoustics of the Cavatina Hall will allow both timeless classics and new compositions of the artist (including works from recent releases such as “Soul” or “Ame Amazonia”) to fully sound.

We invite you to an extraordinary sound journey across continents and decades — an evening with a living legend of electronic music that will delight both connoisseurs of analog sounds and lovers of world music.
