DEMERSAL and SALVER envelop the Flea in a gloomy and gloomy atmosphere and lots of noise on October 29th!

DEMERSAL

Demersal is a Danish hardcore/screamo band, which creates music in the tension field between control and collapse. Their sonic universe moves effortlessly between the fierce and the vulnerable, from chaotic meltdowns to abrupt noise and calm, almost dreamy passages.

Drawing on hardcore, mathcore and post-rock, the band's music harbors a particular melodic nerve through the use of piano, cello and trumpet, which add air, warmth and sharpness to the otherwise dense soundscape. With four vocalists alternating between furious screams and quiet presences, a multi-voiced expression emerges that is both intense and sensitive.

The songs revolve around anxiety, meaninglessness and caring — themes that play out in a time marked by disintegration, doubt and crisis. The music becomes not only an expression of pain and powerlessness, but also an insistence on community and fragility as strength. It's music searching for something human in the ruins of what once was.

Demersal don't just create a concert -- they create a condition. A powerful and contrasting experience where beauty and desperation coexist.

OINTMENTS



SALVER plays Danish-language post-punk infused with post-hardcore and noise rock as well as a pinch of doom and black metal. In the meeting between strong melodic guitar passages and feverish, alienated and darkened moods of mind, there is a biting noise surface where the emotions are played freely.

In November 2022, SALVER released their debut EP 'I DON'T KNOW WHERE I'M GOING HE', where the noisy wall of sound meets lyricism, anger, euphoria and longing. In 2024 they released the double single 'SKYL//VOTTERNE', where the emotions are expressed in a more rhythmic and animalistic energetic context. SALVER is the joust between bittersweet feelings and chopping burn-noise

OUTLAW

Outlaw seeks to express and explore the delicate and the vulnerable, through sonic landscapes of distorted guitars, thundering drums and soul-draining screams. An attempt to dance on the egg between gentle soundscapes of delicate string arrangements, dreamy choruses and well-read poems, and an explosive surrender to the existential pain and sorrow of which the songs are born.

On her first release with Outlaw, Amira Liv Hernan (Konvent, Ex Sunbreak), through four deeply personal and heartlessly honest farewell letters, has explored grief and love and the transformative and fundamental impact these have on us as individuals and communities. Outlaw is a celebration of the lost and all those whose hands have carried us, but whose imprint is lost to time. A devoted embrace of the departed and all that we must let wither in order to flourish anew.
