The Forgotten Island - Danish Speech

The new, original animated film is written and directed by Oscar® nominees Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado and produced by Oscar® nominee Mark Swift, who was the team behind “The Pollinated Cat and the Wish Star”.

Jo and Raissa have been best friends since school, but now stand on the cusp of choosing their own
path in life.

During the celebration of their last night together, Jo and Raissa find by chance a mysterious portal, which
leads them to the amazing island of Nakali — filled with magical and mythological creatures, like their Filipinos'
families have told them stories of when they were growing up.

Some of the creatures become friends, others enemies. Joined by the well-meaning but unlucky werewolf Raww and a small but powerful band of friends, Jo and Raissa must confront the dreaded Manananggal — the most fearsome creature on the island.

When they discover that the price of returning home is the memories of their entire friendship, Jo and Raissa must race against time to find a way out before they forget each other forever.
