Blue Monday — The whole city in one show

“You're crazy my child, go to Berlin, where the crazy people are, that's where you belong.” That was the hit that carried the pulse of this city to the outside world almost a century ago.

Is Berlin so crazy again today? Or is it just the government that has moved here? And if they're crazy here, what are they crazy about? And where does that take place?

THE VOLES become a meeting place for explorers: in the show THE BLUE MONDAY show, the originals of all scenes from the urban jungle as well as artists of all types with stars who make guest appearances in Berlin. Writers, comedians, singers, satirists, acrobats, life artists, slam poets, stars and eccentrics; people come to talk who have something to say or are being talked about. For a few minutes, each of them has the opportunity to meet us, inspire us, provoke us. The chance to become a star or shine as such.

Berlin is a magnet for cultures and lifestyles. The contrasts are the invigorating elixir. Here, styles and attitudes come together in a concentrated and rare way. As the only German city in which reunification has happened, as a government metropolis and trendy hothouse, the traditional “snout with heart” — stronghold is a big stage for talented types, artists and original personalities.

Sometimes on Mondays, they're all so free. That's where they run out. On Monday, they bluff things out with us and put something of this big city's symphony into a fast-paced, beautiful and weird show. The whole thing is presented and selected by cabaret artist Arnulf Rating and the Maulhelden team, musically mixed up and accompanied by changing bands.

A live city review that also tracks down what otherwise only insiders and experts can find. On Blue Monday, a two-hour entertainment show with an always fresh program will be created as a lively cultural information box:
