The Royal Opera Choir sings Christmas in

Four afternoons during December, peace settles over the Opera's foyer as singers from the Royal Opera Choir take their seats in the Opera's foyer and sing Christmas in. The set is quite unpretentious in the midst of the holiday season: a pianist, a conductor and members of the Opera Choir will sing a wide range of Christmas songs both known and unknown in just over 45 minutes.

At the Opera, we are constantly looking for new ways to bring our guests closer to the arts. That is why we end the Christmas concerts by creating one large community choir, where everyone is invited to sing together with the Opera Choir and have a very special musical Christmas experience.

The café is open, of course, so you can enjoy a glass of mulled wine before or after the concert. And if you want to hear even more beautiful music, you can combine the tour of the Opera with the musical Evita, which plays on the Store Stage on all four concert days.
