The documentary equivalent of the Oscar-winning “Boyhood”, created by the outstanding documentary filmmaker Maciej Cuske (“The Whale of Lorino”). For more than a dozen years, the film follows the fate of three friends from the sandbox who venture into the wilderness every year to shoot amateur horror films. It is a touching, humorous and melancholy story about growing up, friendship, generational change and the relationship between father and son.

With unobtrusive tenderness and sincerity, the director accompanies the boys on the way from childhood to adulthood. Observing their life choices, difficult conversations and attempts to create another film together, Cuske creates an extremely personal and mature portrait of masculinity, acceptance of transience, and building relationships based on trust and love.
