During a hike, Chase and his girlfriend Macy come across porcelain dolls guarding a gloomy cemetery. Dolly, a monstrous figure wearing a doll mask, is currently burying her own mother. She knocks Chase down and kidnaps Macy to raise her like her own child in her secluded house. Trapped in a nightmare of madness and violence, Macy struggles to survive.
