10 October (Saturday), 14:00-16:00

(in the title of the message, please indicate the name of the workshop “Stick, leaf, balance”. The order of applications applies)

About the meeting:

Our workshop-walk will begin in front of the tenement house, which houses the Artistic Workshops (11 Foksal Street). From there we will go to the area of the nearby Warsaw Skarpa, where we will practice mindfulness of the surrounding nature. During the walk we will collect natural materials encountered along the way (twigs, cones, chestnuts, acorns, bark and other materials found), to then create outdoor objects-mobile from them.

The starting point for action will be careful observation of the environment, stopping at what we usually pass, and being open to our own associations. The action is aimed at developing mindfulness towards the reality around us and building relationships with nature.

We will finish the walk in the Artistic Workshops at 11 Foksal Street, where together, using the collected materials, we will create our objects.
