A musical monodrama performed by Anna Mierzwa, whose title refers to the work of Kate Bush, one of the most interesting singers of the last decades of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century. It will be a bittersweet performance held in a comedy-drama convention, in which the artist takes on the role of Kasia celebrating her birthday.
Kasia's childhood was at the turn of the 80s and 90s, and one evening she saw a music video for the song “Wuthering Heights” on television, of a quality she had never seen before. And those sounds, this liberating dance, this story with Kasia remained, and Kasia became a dreamer.
Today she is an adult woman and she does not have time for dreams, because she plays many roles, which, like most representatives of her generation, she tries to fulfill perfectly - daughter, wife, mother, for some subordinate, for others boss, friend, neighbor. It's hard to find yourself in this crowd.
Anna Mierzwa, playing the role of Kasia celebrating her birthday, will in one evening tell viewers about the place in life in which most of us have been, are or will be, and which is a great beginning of a new chapter.
The show will be a treat for fans of Kate Bush's work, as the show will feature the most famous songs of the singer.
