When Meg and Noah's ailing mother goes to the hospital as a result of a stroke, the adult siblings decide to return to their family home and review the remaining childhood items. Behind the basement wall, however, they discover something that hedgehogs the hair on their heads — corpses hidden for decades. Who do they belong to? Who's behind it? And why did the crime happen in the first place? They don't know the answers to any of these questions, but they do know one thing: the body must disappear before the gruesome secret is revealed. Trying to cover their tracks, Meg and Noah embark on a path of lawlessness and increasingly worse decisions.
