Dotschy Reinhardt, David Anthony Rose & Manouche '26

Dotschy Reinhardt and David Rose present a new concert program dedicated to the world of Gypsy Jazz. The couple of musicians are on stage together in this special setting for the first time, paying homage to the various influences of their musical Sinti origins.

Dotschy Reinhardt, himself a scion of the legendary Reinhardt family of musicians, impresses with his own gypsy jazz compositions, which also allow influences from bossa nova legends such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Toninho Horta and Joao Bosco and combines them with singer/songwriter colors.

David Anthony Rose, a fixture as a representative of the Great American Songbook for years, is dedicated to the classic “Hot Club de France” sound of the legendary Django Reinhardt and combines this style with the swing crooner influences of his idols around Frank Sinatra and Andy Williams, which present long-established gypsy swing standards in a completely new light.

The two vocalists are accompanied by David Rose's swing ensemble Manouche '26, consisting of international musicians.

You can expect musical virtuoso fireworks full of passion, savoir vivre and emotional depth. Just “The Best of Gypsy Swing.”
