There is nothing that can bring us into the Christmas spirit as quickly and safely as the sound of the Christmas music we know and have grown up with. But how has the sound of our Danish Christmas evolved from the first, flimsy Christmas melodies to the evocative choral music of our time?
At the DR Vocal Ensemble's Christmas concert in Garnisons Kirke's beautiful church room, conductor Phillip Faber leads the choir and the audience through Danish Christmas tones from five centuries.
