Nowadays, the vampire myth is being devoured before our very eyes by new media human behavior. Sucking the senses in the newness of the Internet or tempting with promises of eternal beauty are the starting points for the show. The theme of vampirism is permeated by the creators through phenomena such as consumerism, commerce and pop culture.
The protagonist of the story is Ala — a teenager who crosses the threshold of initiation. However, before blowing out the birthday candles, he will pass through a peculiar labyrinth of characters, where he will meet helpers and mentors, but also come across several traps. Entering this tale will require viewers to consent to restrain and suck...

In Dr@-Culi... young people of both sexes (women as authors and men as actors) ridicule in a bitterly ironic tone the patterns of sexuality, the vampirism of the Internet, the facade of supposed authorities, from the Church to political leaders, but they do so by deliberately redrawing characters and events, as well as using the boldly listened to, in the language of speech. Thanks to this, the play does not turn into lament or farce, but remains an intelligent satire, attractive to viewers endowed with a sense of humor. Ponurakom — no entry.
The show is kept at a very dynamic pace (...). The monologues thrown out of each other, as if transcribed from the chat (in a sensational performance by Paweł Siwiak), mixed with English, intensify this thought chaos. However, this is not a complaint; the world of adolescents requires flexibility and constant adaptation, (...). Every moment Ala is Paweł Siwiak, this is Piotr Dąbrowski, they pass from hand to hand a dress resembling a safety caftan. Playing the role of pop stars, it's a priest, it's a vampire, the actors point to the fluidity and a kind of conventionality of identity, a multitude of roles that anyone can play.
Screenplay “Dr @cula. Vagina Dentata” is structurally reminiscent of a concert composition for violin and piano. With the only difference that the instruments are not assigned to the performers (heroes). Once Alicja plays the violin solo part, another time - the accompaniment part, once Alicja is played by Paweł Siwiak, and a moment later she is played by Piotr B. Dąbrowski. It will sound trite, but for almost an hour and a half we witness a concert of an acting game. Casting a man in the role of Ali is a great staging idea and not a cheap treatment for the audience. The constant game with sexuality, challenging stereotypes attributed to woman and man is another voice in the ongoing discourse on gender. This is not ideology, this is not politics, but a deeply human problem that many have to face. The authors are not involved in politics. They speak seriously and sometimes funny, although laughter immediately drowns in the throat.
To the sounds of powerful, energetic music (Piotr Klimek) we observe danse macabre in a postmodern version. Two actors (Piotr B. Dąbrowski and Paweł Siwiak) take on new roles every now and then. The main plot is the vicissitudes of 15-year-old Alice, lost in reality, in search of love and acceptance. But even the main character is played by two people. The male-female disguises, the inflected gesticulation constitute an interesting footnote to the art.
