On October 17, 2026, at 17:00 at the Regional Museum in Sieradz, the vernissage of the second part of the exhibition “Roads of Freedom” will take place. Here will be presented monumental, dramatic works by Draman Kabyle, who has lived in Poland for 8 years, and Ewa Jeziorska, who, after many years of work in Lublin, returned to her homeland in Ligota.
Draman's works show the situation of a enslaved country consumed by fires, economically degraded and steadfast in spirit despite numerous persecutions.
Ewa Jeziorska, the author of painting and graphic works, presents the surrounding nature with delight and love. The seemingly abstract take on the subject traces the shapes of seaweed, grasses, the whimsical lines of tree branches or the infinity of forms of other natural structures.
We invite you to the exhibition and to reflect on: freedom, the disturbing geopolitical situation and the beauty of this dangerous and defenseless nature.
