Dustin Arbuckle is one of the most iconic voices and accordionists of the contemporary American roots scene. For fifteen years, he co-founded the acclaimed trio Moreland & Arbuckle, with whom he has recorded seven albums and played hundreds of concerts in more than twenty countries — with albums for the Alligator and Telarc labels, the International Blues Challenge final, numerous blues awards and nominations, and scenes shared with Buddy Guy, ZZ Top, George Thorogood, Robert Cray or Los Lobos. In 2017, he went his own way, bringing The Damnations to life.

Arbuckle was raised in music. His father was a musician, and Dustin himself has been singing for as long as he can remember. Earliest musical memory? Leadbelly's classic “The Gallows Pole”. By the time he was more than a dozen years old, he was already an avid blues fan, and when he heard Elmore James and B.B. King, he knew that the harmonica would be his calling in life.
