DWIE DOROTKI - performance for children by the ArtMatina Theatre

A warm, humorous story about the fact that true strength comes from the heart!

“Two Dorotki”, a play based on a fairy tale by Janina Porazińska, is a fairytale adventure in which two girls with the same name meet, but with a completely different view of the world.

One Dorothy with commitment helps everyone around, believing that every good gesture counts. The second, convinced that the world revolves around her, prefers to dream of an easy life than to make an effort or show her heart. Their fates intertwine as magic knocks on the village door, and unusual encounters and unexpected quests test their courage, honesty and empathy.

The show impresses with its colorful scenography, music that captivates the dance, and humorous scenes that entertain younger and older spectators. Children discover that good can return in the least expected way, and even a small act can change the world for the better.

“The Two Dorotki” is a charming story about the power of dreams, kindness and the courage to be yourself — a spectacle that leaves the hearts of the audience warm and full of faith in the good.
