Discussion accompanying the opening of the exhibition “Sculpture after stability”

Together with June Crespo, Agata Ingarden and Michael Dean, we will look at sculpture, which is one of the forms of recognition of the material and social dependencies of the modern world. We will talk about materials that resist, retain traces of previous uses and change under the influence of the environment. We will ask about the role of the body, language and technology in sculptural practice and how the works organize space and our movement in it. The discussion will be led by Jagna Lewandowska, co-curator of the exhibition.
