“GRANDFATHERS — FESTIVAL OF PASSAGE”: A DIARY OF FLAVOURS/WE CREATE A BOOK WITH RECIPES

OCTOBER 25 (SUNDAY) “GRANDPARENTS — FESTIVAL OF TRANSITION”

FROM 14:00 TO 18:00

As part of the festival, we will create together a book with culinary recipes — this will be our “Diary of Flavors”. Please share the recipes of your ancestors: maybe grandma's favorite jam with a secret ingredient, or delicious, memorable pies that your uncle made from dad's side? Sometimes we don't know the recipe for something, but if we remember the taste and appearance of a dish — let's try to describe it and share the memory. Recipes and descriptions can be prepared in the form of a record or... drawn. We invite you to bring them or send them by October 22 to the address: j.kubica@mokjozefow.pl. We will print your works and in this form will serve as part of our shared Diary, a copy of which everyone will be able to take home with them.

Partner of the event — Willa Brzegi restaurant will choose a recipe or maybe a few recipes from our Diary and introduce it to your menu.
