Prokocim was the place of activity of the 2nd Company of the IV Section “Lime” of the AK Kraków-Miasto Region, a formation under the Krakow group “Żelbet”. The meeting will introduce its genesis, dating back to the platoons of the National Military Organization created in 1940 in Prokocim and Bork Fałęcki, and merged with the Home Army in 1942. Our guest will talk about the conspiracy of soldiers from Prokocim, Wola Duchacka and Bieżanów, about the sabotage group operating in the company and about the descendants It included the partisan detachments: “Janina” and “Szczerbec”. A separate thread will be devoted to the last commander of the company, Pf. Tadeusz Wójcik “Błoto”, whose account allowed to recreate the personal composition of the unit.
