The four siblings entering adulthood strive to build independent life paths without losing the bonds that bind them together. The youngest, Benek, struggles with rejection by his older brother, Frank, who has so far been his best friend. On top of that, he is haunted by a mysterious ghost — the Choker — that prevents him from falling asleep. Running away from his family, Franek has problems with his girlfriend, drugs and himself. Frank's condition worries love-seeking Nastka, his twin sister. The eldest of the siblings, Jana, is working on an art project that aims to bring relief not only to her younger sibling, but also to herself.
