Planetarium Day - Session Block IV

On Saturday, October 17th on our spherical screen we will present the most interesting screenings created by Polish planetariums and production studio Creative Planet.

On this day, we completely change the program - this is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the depths of space not shown every day!

Session block IV: 18.00 - 19.20 The Planetarium Day ends with a treat for lovers of not only “space” but also “headspace”, that is, we rumble in space to the sounds of mood music, which will soothe our nervous system and allow a little silence.

18.00 — Relaxation session with live music

Planetarium - Silesian Science Park

DESCRIPTION: We invite you to a relaxation session, during which you will immerse yourself in the space of sound, image and calm meditative guidance. In the dome of the Planetarium, a visual story will be presented about the evolution of stars — from their birth in clouds of gas and dust, through the stage of maturity, to the successive stages of cosmic transformations.

The visual layer created by Krzysztof Dwornik will be accompanied by soothing sounds of handpans performed by Agata Nowak and Marcin Płaszczyk. The sounds of the instruments will build space for the images appearing on the dome, creating a harmonious spectacle.

The session is enriched with elements of meditation, which will be led by Agata Spruś, inviting you to direct your attention to the interior and deepen your breath. The event is intended for adults and young people seeking tranquility, rest and experience of the cosmos in a calm, contemplative form.
