Teddy Bear Day at the Library Branch in Szymiszów — we invite children to unique activities!

A teddy bear is more than a toy. For many children, he is the first friend, confidant of secrets and an inseparable companion of everyday adventures. No wonder he had his own holiday! On this occasion, the Library Branch in Szymiszów invites children on 24 November 2026 at 16:00 for free classes on the occasion of the Teddy Bear Day.

The program of the meeting prepared attractions combining literature, education and creative fun. Participants will learn about the history of the teddy bear, and then watch the kamishibai theater “My friend the teddy bear”. This unique form of storytelling, using illustrations presented in a wooden theater box, will allow children to discover the magic of stories in a slightly different way. There will also be no lack of plastic activity. During the workshop, children will make their own Eco-bears, developing imagination, manual skills and a creative approach to the use of materials. We encourage each child to bring their favorite teddy bear to accompany them during the library celebration.
