Girls from Łódź go to Paris — lecture from the series “Łódzianki (un)”

The École de Paris (School of Paris) is a multinational artistic circle, with a significant participation of artists of Jewish origin, operating in Paris during the interwar period and after the Second World War. They are artists who create in different styles, united by the experience of migration to the French capital. Dr. Irmina Gadowska from the Department of the History of Painting and Sculpture of the University of Łódź will tell about the Łódź women who were included in this group.
